Maintenus Maximus, LLC was founded in 2013 by Russell and Launa Sickler. At the time, they were employed at Valencia College in Orlando, Florida. Russell has been involved in Residential or Commercial construction, repairs, and maintenance for his entire career and was performing maintenance for the East and Winter Park campuses as well as the Criminal Justice Institute for Valencia when he received a work order from one of the Professors. His quick response to the task at hand and subsequent repairs prompted the issuer of the work order to state: “I’ve been here for years and never seen a maintenance technician respond so quickly or perform the repairs so well. You are just Maintenus Maximus, aren’t you?” The name stuck, and we’ve been providing that kind of service to our clientele ever since.
Please contact us for your projects and we will do our very best to complete them in a timely manner, done to meet or exceed the requirements, and done in the most economical way possible.
We will be pleased to provide quotations if required. However, we strongly suggest that as many projects as possible are noted in a priority based list and that the work is performed on an hourly basis. The large portion of our clientele have found that we can multitask numerous projects within a single trip saving them a lot of money and aggravation.
